The displayed products are recognized as typical products of the province such as Co Chau sausage, Long Chau dried dragon fruit, Con Yeu melaleuca oil, Nha Vuon moringa, HG crispy dried fruit, etc.

Ms. Tran Diem Phuong (Thanh Phu commune, Ben Luc district) said: "San Ha store has a dedicated area for displaying and selling typical products of the province, so it is very convenient for consumers. Hopefully, the store will display more products for consumers to have more choices in the future".

According to the plan, the Department of Industry and Trade deploys 2 display sites for typical products of the province at San Ha store in Ben Luc town, Ben Luc district and Dong Thanh commune, Can Giuoc district to introduce and promote the products with high quality and reasonable price. Director of San Ha Company Limited - Pham Thi Ngoc Ha shared: "San Ha Co., Ltd. originated and developed in Long An, so it wants to cooperate with businesses in the province to bring unique products to consumers. In the short term, our goal is to reach consumers in the province, then we will develop to other provinces and cities”.

According to Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade - Chau Thi Le, in 2021, the complicated development of the Covid-19 pandemic changed all commercial transactions; Supply chains no longer ran the way they used to be. In order to maintain the supply chain in the production and circulation of goods, the Department actively took advantage of opportunities to connect and consume goods, especially agricultural products, typical products, and OCOP products of the province.

“The activity of connecting product consumption of businesses and cooperatives in the province with San Ha Co., Ltd. is one of the very successful connection activities. San Ha Co., Ltd always accompanies the province with many programs such as stabilizing the market, consuming goods, especially agricultural products during the implementation of social distancing measures to prevent and control the epidemic”, said Le.

The deployment of typical product selling sites, OCOP products is a flexible step to build a brand and promote connection activities to consume agricultural products in the area. Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development - Nguyen Thanh Truyen informed: "In the coming time, the Department will coordinate with the People's Committees of districts, town and city to direct the local Agriculture sector to promote propaganda to farmers on producing clean and safe products, achieving OCOP products in order to open a stable consumption direction not only domestically but also towards export"./.
