Leaders of Long An province attending the 9th Yellow Sea Regional Forum

The Yellow Sea Regional Forum is an international event held annually in Chungcheongnam-do, South Korea since 2015 with the aim of creating "A Sea of Peace" in the Yellow Sea region. This is the region accounting for 20% of the world's population and 20% of world trade value, including Chungcheongnam-do, Gyeonggi-do and the Jeolla region of Jeollanam-do and Jeollabuk-do, Korea along with Shandong, Huabei, Liaoning and Tianjin province in the Bohai Sea area of China and the Kyushu island of Japan.

Long An province's delegation attended this event to enhance cultural exchanges, introduce and attract investment, and cooperate in the fields of industry and agriculture to apply high technology, train high-quality human resources, etc with Korean localities, specifically Chungcheongnam-do, which has established a cooperative relationship with Long An province since 2005.
