Project progress focused on speeding up in Can Giuoc district

Can Giuoc District People's Committee informed that it was approved the 105-project investment policy of industrial parks, urban areas, residential areas, resettlement areas, cemeteries, etc. with a total area of nearly 6,600 hectares by the end of April 2019. In which, there are 7 industrial zones (with an area of more than 1,900 hectares); 10 industrial clusters (with an area of nearly 500 hectares); 85 projects of residential, resettlement and commercial areas and 3 projects of cemeteries.

The district approved the compensation plan, supported more than 50 projects, paid money to more than 7,500 households with the amount of over VND 3,700 billion, did ground clearance of 1,768 hectares of land, handed over land to the investors to implement the projects.

However, the projects in the district are many, the ground clearance still faces some difficulties, many investors have not focused resources to implement the project, leading to a slow and prolonged situation, causing angriness in people’s opinions.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - Nguyen Thanh Cang asked provincial departments and agencies to closely coordinate with localities to promptly grasp and remove related difficulties to speed up the projects, and also have solutions to inspect and urge the investor to carry out the project. Besides, he asked investors to focus resources to quickly implement the project.
