Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Nguyen Van Duoc, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Van Ut attended the meeting.

The opinions basically agreed that the Draft Political Report was prepared elaborately, shortly, concisely. It comprehensive assessed the results of implementation of the Resolution of the Xth Provincial Party Congress, stating the outstanding achievements of Long An Party Committee and people; At the same time, it indicated the direction and goals of the term 2020-2025 clearly and feasibly.

Participants focused on contributing to the slogan, layout and text. There is an opinion that the tasks and solutions should be separated in the tenure 2020-2025; pay attention to developing agriculture based on the value chain; and develop urban in areas bordering Ho Chi Minh City.

Besides, the province are suggested that it should pay attention to training human resources, building infrastructure, developing transport; training and creating jobs for people whose land was recovered; linking traffic with surrounding areas with Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Thap Muoi region, etc.

In addition, participants suggested the province continue to pay attention to the work of attracting investment; speeding up the progress of Road 827E (connecting traffic route between Ho Chi Minh City - Long An - Tien Giang); studying and reviewing the selection of key projects in the next term, especially those related to culture - society; key works must be really meaningful and create outstanding socio-economic development; etc.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Nguyen Van Duoc acknowledged and appreciated the comments of the delegates. These comments are the basis for the province to focus on completing the contents of the Draft Political Report, contributing to the socio-economic development, etc./.
