In 2024 alone, Long An province (old) sent more than 1,100 workers to work abroad, of which the Japanese market alone accounted for more than 62%. Forgetec Kawabe Company has recruited 2 students from Long An College - Duc Hoa Campus (old), working in precision mechanics. Currently, the province's vocational training system is widespread, ready to meet the demand for exporting skilled labour".

Mr. Nguyen Dai Tanh also proposed that Forgetec Kawabe Company soon provide labor recruitment needs for the following years; at the same time, act as a bridge, introducing other enterprises of Ibaraki province that have labor recruitment needs for Tay Ninh province in the coming time.
