Tan Tru district creates breakthrough in administrative reform

In 2018, People’s Committee of the district has issued many documents to conduct functional sectors, local governments regarding to administrative reform. As per document, officials and staffs from district to commune level must ensure their human resource in solving admin procedures for individuals, organizations. 

The administrative reform has created possitive changes, bringing satisfaction to the people. Public Administrative Center, opened on April 23, 2018, is the first place to help the locals in guiding administrative procedures and delivering to professional agencies or authorized level to for further solutions.

 The application of information technology, quality control system in accordance with TCVN 900:2008 standard in activities has  brought better achievements in simplifying administrative procedures.

“One door” and “Connected one door” mechanisms have shown effectiveness; in which, the quality of “one door” and “connected one door” mechanisms in commune level are improving day by day in terms of handling profiles, limiting postponed and backlog profiles./.
