Through practical assessment and appraisal of documents, members of the mission highly appreciated the results that Kien Tuong town and Tan Tru district have achieved in building a new-style rural district. At the same time, the delegation also pointed out the criteria that have been done well, need to be maintained and improved; weak criteria need further improvement; some contents need to be supplemented and adjusted in the dossier to suit reality in order to complete the dossier and submit the procedures for submission to the Central Committee for recognition of the new-style rural district.

On behalf of the delegation, the Chief of the Central Office for Coordination of New-style Rural Areas - Nguyen Minh Tien suggested that the two localities in the near future should pay attention to some contents such as adjusting the dossier at the request of the appraisal team; completing the district planning project; maintaining and ensuring the rural environment; building clean and beautiful rural landscape; developing effective economic models; focusing on orienting economic restructuring, raising people's incomes; strengthening digital transformation in agriculture; paying attention to issues of population and housing for people in the coming time; towards building an advanced model new-style rural district.
