Localities propagate congress resolutions via radio station

Immediately after the congress for the term 2020-2025, the Standing Committee of the Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee deployed the work contents with the determination to soon bring congress resolutions to life.

Being concretized via programs and plans

Can Giuoc District Party Committee was selected by the Provincial Party Committee to organize a pilot congress for grassroot upper-level Party Committees, term 2020-2025. The congress took place from June 8 to 10, 2020 and unanimously identified the goals in the next 5 years as follows: “Well exploiting potentials and advantages to accelerate economic development according to the structure of industry - construction, trade - service, agriculture. Constantly improving and developing people's material and spiritual life, effectively implementing social security. Ensuring political security, social order and safety, maintaining national defense and security. Strengthening to build a strong political system; improving leadership and fighting power of the grassroots Party Committee and quality of Party members, improving the strength of the great block of national unity. Gradually bringing Can Giuoc district to rapidly and sustainably develop in the key economic region of the province and become the satellite urban of Ho Chi Minh City”.

Head of the Propaganda and Training Division of Can Giuoc District Party Committee - Nguyen Hoang Lam shared that the district Party Committee focused on promoting propaganda, mobilizing people to participate in emulation movements to fulfill the set objectives with the determination to soon bring the Congress resolution to life, creating new changes right from the beginning of the term. The District Party Committee, the Propaganda and Training Division of the district Party Committee have built propaganda plans, thoroughly grasped and implemented the Resolution of XIIth District Party, term 2020-2025 to Party Cells, grassroots Party Committees and organizations in the polictical system, officials, Party members and people in the district to understand and master deeply the resolution.

“The district has directed the grassroots Party Committees to concretize the XIIth Congress Resolution of the district Party Committee, to closely follow the action programs and the Congress Resolution at the same level; develop feasible programs and plans to implement Resolution, in accordance with actual conditions at the facility, meeting practical requirements, ensuring the successful and effective implementation of the resolution policy right from the first year. Up to now, the mastering and learning of Resolution has been deployed to grassroots Party Committees and cadres, party members and people in the whole district” - Mr. Nguyen Hoang Lam added.

Secretary of Thanh Hoa District Party Committee - Nguyen Thi Thu Trinh said that the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee issued Plan No. 01-KH/HU dated August 18, 2020, on deploying the learning, thoroughly grasping the Congress Resolution after successfully organizing the VIIth District Party Congress, the term 2020-2025; at the same time, it directed the Propaganda and Training Division of the District Party Committee, localities and units in the district to develop propaganda plans and widely disseminate the contents of the district Party Committee's Congress Resolution, the grassroots Congress Resolution and the Action Plan to implement the Congress Resolution for the term 2020-2025 in many forms.

Specifically, the district opens specialized pages, columns, topics on Congress and propaganda about the Congress Resolution on the District's Portal, Website of the District Party Committee, Propaganda Newsletter, Radio Broadcasting Station, Long An Newspaper , etc. “Up to now, the whole district has organized 16 classes to study  and thoroughly master the Congress Resolution with more than 2,000 participants, including 1,897  out of 1,975 Party members; propaganda on newspapers and radio with more than 100 news and articles on the basic contents of the Congress Resolution, the action plan to implement the Congress Resolution at all levels”- Secretary of the District Party Committee - Nguyen Thi Thu Trinh shared further.

After the Resolution of the XIIth District Party Committee, term 2020-2025 was issued, the Standing Committee of the Duc Hoa District Party Committee also issued the Action Plan to implement the Congress Resolution. The Executive Committee of the District Party Committee has issued a document to direct the implementation and concretization of the Congress Resolution.

According to the Secretary of the Duc Hoa District Party Committee - Phan Nhan Duy, the Executive Committee of the District Party Committee set up steering committees to lead the implementation and advise the District Executive Party Committee to build the prrograms for implementing and organizing the Congress with the 4 breakthrough programs of the Congress. In which, the Standing Committee particularly determined the goals, targets, roadmap, resources and assignment of responsibility for implementation.

For 3 key projects of the Congress are basically completing new investment in Duc Hoa - Hau Nghia urban axis; Completion of Cau Duyen Canal Road (section from 3/2 Street - Nguyen Thi Hanh Street) and Completion of Ba Sa - Go Khe Street (section from Ho Chi Minh Road - Go Moi Roundabout), the Executive Committee of District Party Committee to build the implementation plan for each project, investment phasing in accordance with the district's capital source, with a spirit of concentration and decisiveness. Particularly for the 14 major targets of the Congress, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee develops implementation plans, assigns specific tools to each branch to be responsible for the targets, determines the specific implementation roadmap.

Thoroughly mastering entire Party and people

The VIth Congress of Tan Hung District Party Committee (term 2020-2025) took place from August 17-19, 2020. The Congress has reviewed and evaluated the implementation of the Vth Congress Resolution of the district Party Committee's and proposed directions and tasks for the term 2020-2025, in which general objectives, 18 main targets, and 2 programs have been identified a breakthrough, a key project and set out the key tasks and solutions. In order to thoroughly grasp and organize the successful implementation of Congress Resolution, the Executive Committee of the District Party Committee issued a resolution directing Party agencies, units, and grassroots Party organizations to develop plans and organize to implement the learning for cadres, Party members and people in the whole district.

According to the Secretary of the Tan Hung District Party Committee - Le Van Hung, the Executive Committee of the District Party Committee has developed a learning plan, thoroughly implementing the Congress Resolution of district Party Committee for term 2020-2025, determining this is an important political activity, creating a unity of will and action in the Party Committee, the consensus of the people to determine the successful implementation of the district Party Congress Resolution. The point of view of the district is that the development of an action plan and implementation organization should determine the basic and key contents, associated with immediate needs and basic and long-term tasks.

For Kien Tuong town, right after the Party Congress, the Standing Committee of the town's Party Committee for term 2020-2025 promptly issued NQ No. 01-NQ/TU dated August 20, 2020 and the leadership thoroughly and implemented to Party committees, authorities, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in the town. The Kien Tuong Secretary of Party Committee - Nguyen Minh Lam said that the Standing Committee of the town's Party Committee soon issued an action plan to receive and direct the committees, authorities, agencies, departments, branches and unions to develop plans and actively coordinated to organize the implementation in order to concretize the Congress Resolution.

Along with that, the Standing Committee of the Town Committee issued the Plan No. 01-KH/TU, dated September 15, 2020 on the thorough organization and implementation of the Party Committee of the town, session XII, term 2020-2025, the full-term working process of the Town Standing Party Committee, the Town Party Executive Committee and the full-term working regulations of the Town Party Committee for the term 2020-2025. The Town has directed relevant agencies and units to develop plans to implement the resolution decision and complete before October 10, 2020 for key officials of the town, communes and wards; Party Cells and agencies should be completed before October 30, 2020.

Information from the Propaganda and Training Division of the Town Party Committee, in order to promptly fully grasp the content of the Party Resolution, the Executive Committee of the Town Committee assigned the Propaganda and Training Division of Town Party Committee to print and issue 2,200 copies of the Congress Resolution of the XIIth Town Party Committee, period 2020-2025, equip all Party members in the town.

Up to now, all levels of Party committees, authorities, Fatherland Fronts and mass organizations have developed plans to deploy the Resolution; to focus on organizing the serious implementation of the study, grasp the Party Congress resolution at all levels and the action plans to implement the resolutions of the party committees to members, associations’ members and all classes of people according to the proposed plan.

With the proactive and urgently concretizing, grasping and implementing the organization of the implementation of modern resolutions, it is believed that the goals, targets, tasks and solutions set out by the Congress will soon come to life, positively impact the development of localities and units./.
