The XIth Long An Party Congress, term 2020-2025 is coming. These days, Tan An streets as well as districts and town begin to decorate with flowers, banderoles, banners, panels, posters, and so on to create a jubilant and exciting atmosphere in the entire population towards the Congress.

The bustling atmosphere 

It is nearly half a month for the XIth Long An Party Congress, term 2020-2025 to take place. Propaganda work was focused on by relevant agencies at the highest level. Accordingly, the propaganda content before, during and after Congress was always ensured the correct political orientation with rich, vivid, practical, specific foms, creating an atmosphere of excitement and trust among cadres, party members and the people.

Propaganda for the Party Congress in Can Giuoc district

Along the central roads of communes, wards and townlets in the province, the National flag, the Party flag, propaganda paintings were decorated brightly to celebrate the great festival of the province - the XIth Provincial Party Committee Congress, term 2020-2025. Each locality has carefully prepared for this meaningful event. Current propaganda has a special feature. The localities use electronic boards to run the slogans so that people can see them in traffic.

From Tan An City, along National Highway (NH) 62, turn left to Provincial Road (PR) 831, passing through the communes of Vinh Hung district, flags, flowers and electronic boards begin to "cover" these roads. Here, there are 2 most eye-catching clusters of flowers and flags in Vinh Hung district, belonging to the junction of Vinh Binh commune and the entrance point to Vinh Hung townlet.

Head of Propaganda and Training Department of Vinh Hung district - Pham Thi Kieu Phuong informed that propaganda work has been carried out by the district ever since. For the XIth Provincial Party Committee Congress as well as the XIIIth National Party Committee Congress, large clusters of panels were set up, electronic boards have run slogans at the gate to the district and on the main road. The road to the border also hangs banners, panels, etc. Particularly for other banners and slogans, near the date of the Congress as prescribed, will be hung up brilliantly.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Long, living in Say Giang hamlet, Vinh Tri commune, shared: “Flags and electronic boards were set up to let people know about the event. We are also propagandized by the government, participating in activities to welcome the Congress”.

If people have an opportunity to come to Can Giuoc these days, they will be amazed by the change of the countryside. PRs 835, 835B, NH 50, and so on have been all flying red flags. When the night comes, the led lights, slogans, flowers,  and so on show their colors like Tet.

According to Head of Propaganda and Training Department of Can Giuoc District Party Committee - Nguyen Hoang Lam, with the synchronous and drastic integration of the whole political system, the propaganda of the Provincial Party Committee in the district was effectively organized, in accordance with progress and exciting momentum spread throughout the Party, the entire people before the great political event. During the week of Congress, people will fly the national flag in front of their houses. Particularly, the center of the commune, town and main roads will be decorated with pannels and posters to welcome the Party Congress at all levels, term 2020-2025.

Creating social consensus 

Contributing to the propaganda of the Congress, Long An Newspaper actively planned and opened the column to "Welcome all-level Party Committee Congress for the term 2020-2025" on page 4 from May 2020. Propaganda content is focused on Congress results at the grassroots level; the work of preparing the district- and provincial-level Party Congress; the local emulation movements were stablished achievements to welcome Congress and local achievements in the term 2015-2020; etc.

Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Long An Newspaper - Phung Tan Tu said that the editorial board directed the staff of reporters to focus on discovering and praising the examples of "good people, good deeds", advanced examples in Party building work, outstanding results in term, patriotic emulation movements as well as meaningful activities to welcome the Party Committee Congress at all levels towards the XIIIth National Party Congress and so on in propaganda for the Party Committee Congress at all levels.

According to the Standing Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee for Propaganda and Education Department - Hoang Dinh Can, the implementation of the Plan No. 135-KH/TU of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on propaganda of the all-level Provincial Party Committee Congress, term 2020-2025 and the XIIIth National Party Committee Congress, the Provincial Party Committee for Propaganda and Education Department to build and guide the propaganda with specific contents, according to each milestone, associated with activities to celebrate major national holidays and province in 2020. Over the past time, the provincial propaganda has been concentrated and implemented throughout from the Party Congress at the grassroots level up to now. Especially, on the threshold of the Provincial Party Committee, this content was thoroughly grasped and directed by the Provincial Party Committee for Propaganda and Education Department.

Through propaganda activities to contribute to promoting the great national unity, creating a high unity within the Party, social consensus to effectively implement the Party's lines and guidelines, policies and law of the State. From there, it cheers the entire Party, the entire people, the entire army to make efforts to overcome difficulties and challenges, determined to successfully implement the targets and tasks to welcome the Party Committee of the province and the XIIIth National Party Congress. The propaganda activities are carried out in many suitable, practical, attractive, focused and key forms.

The XIth Provincial Party Committee Congress, the XIIIth National Party Congress, propaganda activities closely followed the direction of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the guidance of the Propaganda and Training Department of the Provincial Party Committee on timing and content of propaganda; Party committees at all levels continue to pay attention to and diversify forms of propaganda, actively select and promote propaganda forms, information channels and propaganda suitable to specific conditions of their localities and units; etc.

Long An Newspaper, Long An Radio and Television Station have actively coordinated with localities and units to publish and broadcast many news and articles to welcome and aim at the Party Committee Congress at all levels. Visual propaganda has been concentrated on main roads, headquarters of agencies and units; in the center of towns, townlets, large clusters of panels, flower panels, welcome slogans, flower lights, and so on are renewed, decorated to create an exciting atmosphere to welcome the Congress, etc./.
