Ben Luc collects budget revenues over 86 percent of the assigned ordinance

Accordingly, from the beginning of the year until now, the total State budget revenue is over 524 billion VND, reaching 86.5 percent of the assigned ordinance estimate, reaching 82.2 percent of the strive estimate and equal to 125.72 percent compared to the same period of 2018. In 2019, the total State budget revenue in the district is 605.4 billion VND, up 23.27 percent equivalent to 114.3 billion VND compared to the target of 2018. In addition, Ben Luc is also tasked with striving to earn an additional 32 billion VND in the last months of the year. Thus, the total estimated budget collection effort in the district is 637.4 billion VND.

Mr. Tran Van Tuoi said that the revenue collection results in 9 months of 2019 in Ben Luc district exceeded the set plan and had a good growth over the same period. However, there are still some lower budget revenues over the same period such as non-agricultural land use tax, land rent, fees and charges. Besides, the problem of corporate tax debt is also a big difficulty. Currently, the total tax debt is over 60 billion VND, equal to 9.95 percent of the total state budget revenue and collection. In which, bad debt is over 45 billion VND, tax debt is likely to be over 15 billion VND./.
