As a locality in the Southern Key Economic Region, Tay Ninh actively participated in the event, bringing a variety of typical products from the border area, contributing to enriching the overall picture of the regional food industry.
Exhibition honoring Vietnam’s Food Industry
Vietnam Foodexpo 2025 covers an area of more than 13,000 square meters, attracting tens of thousands of professional visitors and more than 2,000 pre-registered international buyers from nearly 50 countries and territories.
This year’s exhibition gathers over 450 businesses from more than 25 countries and territories, featuring more than 500 booths displaying advanced products and technologies in food processing, beverages, agricultural products, seafood, raw materials, and food additives.

Notably, Japan recorded the largest number of participating businesses ever, with nearly 40 units, demonstrating the growing attraction and expanding international reach of Vietnam Foodexpo.
In addition to the product display areas of domestic and international enterprises, this year’s exhibition also features the “Vietnam National Brand in the Food Sector” pavilion, showcasing typical high-quality products certified as National Brands. Another highlight is the “Vietnam Digital Trade Promotion Ecosystem and Food Industry Investment” pavilion, where digital platforms, tools, and solutions are demonstrated to support enterprises in trade connections and business cooperation during the digital transformation era.
In particular, the Arobid TradeXpo online platform was officially launched, allowing the exhibition to take place simultaneously online from November 12 to 30, 2025, thereby expanding opportunities for Vietnamese businesses to connect with international partners.

Within the framework of the event, the Ministry of Industry and Trade also organized sideline activities such as the Vietnam Foodforum 2025 International Conference, B2B trade connection programs, and training courses on export capacity and risk management. These activities aim to help enterprises in the industry understand new consumption trends and meet technical requirements in import markets.
In her opening speech, Deputy Minister Phan Thi Thang emphasized: “Vietnam Foodexpo is not only a venue to introduce and promote the Vietnamese food industry brand but also a bridge encouraging businesses to pursue green production, technological innovation, and international cooperation. The Ministry believes that the 2025 exhibition will contribute to realizing the goal of sustainable development, helping Vietnamese businesses strengthen their position on the world food map.”

According to the Deputy Minister, in the context of a global shift towards a green economy and sustainable consumption, the Ministry of Industry and Trade is implementing programs to support enterprises in technological innovation, access to green finance, and international cooperation to produce environmentally friendly products.
Vietnam Foodexpo 2025 is expected to connect domestic enterprises with regional and international markets right from the Southern economic center of the country.
Tay Ninh – A highlight in the Southern Food Industry’s Integration
At Vietnam Foodexpo 2025, Tay Ninh participated in the General Pavilion with 8 standard booths, gathering a delegation of 20 typical enterprises, cooperatives, and business households. This is the province’s largest pavilion at the event, chaired by the Department of Industry and Trade and directly implemented by the Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion.
This activity is part of Tay Ninh’s key trade promotion program in 2025, aiming to help local businesses expand their markets, strengthen cooperation, and affirm the Tay Ninh specialty brand on the national food map.

Participating units showcased many well-known local products such as sun-dried rice paper, shrimp salt, cashew nuts, dried fruits, herbal tea, coffee, instant fruit powder, spices, fish sauce, Hoang Ngoc ginseng, and bird’s nest, among others.

On the opening day, Tay Ninh’s pavilion attracted a constant flow of visitors. Many domestic and international partners stopped by to learn about and experience the products. The display space, designed with distinctive border-region cultural features, highlighted typical local specialties derived from agricultural produce.

Many people stopped to enjoy our crispy burnt rice because of its fragrant flavor and careful preparation. The product is made entirely from clean local rice, contains no preservatives, and can be stored for a long time — making it convenient to carry and export.”

We aim to promote our homeland’s cuisine more widely while seeking distribution partners to expand both domestic and export markets. This year’s exhibition is vibrant and promising, especially for deeply processed products — a positive sign for Tay Ninh’s food industry.”

Mr. Tran Dang Tien, Deputy Director of the Tay Ninh Department of Industry and Trade, noted: “Participating in Vietnam Foodexpo 2025 is not merely a trade promotion activity but also an important opportunity for Tay Ninh to showcase its potential and strengths—from agricultural products and processed foods to typical OCOP products—at the largest trade center in the South. It helps local businesses connect with domestic and foreign partners, learn advanced processing and packaging technologies, and move towards clean, green, and sustainable production.”
He emphasized that Tay Ninh identifies the development of the agricultural and food processing industry as one of the key pillars in its local economic structure, aligning with building a modern and environmentally friendly agricultural value chain.
