Ben Luc: Project investment in Vinh Loc II Industrial Park checked

Chairman of People's Committee of Ben Luc district of Long An province - Tran Van Tuoi and other branches of the districts inspected at Vinh Loc II Industrial Park.

At the meeting, Vinh Loc IP Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company confirmed that it did not transfer the IP land area to any units, it means that it did not sell the project land as information announced. The company has installed information boards in the IP for people to know.

According to the report, Vinh Loc II IP covers an area of 225 hectares, of which 155 hectares is eligible for leasing. Up to now, 32 enterprises have invested and run their production and business activities in the IP. Currently, Vinh Loc IP Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company is carrying out procedures to apply for an extension to continue implementing the project.

Chairman of the district People's Committee - Tran Van Tuoi suggested that the company should publicize the project investment information so that local authorities and people could monitor the progress of the project; At the same time, he stressed that real estate business acts will strictly be handled when they do not meet the prescribed conditions.
