Duc Hoa III Industrial Park includes 7 component industrial parks (Slico Industrial Park; Minh Ngan Industrial Park; Song Tan Industrial Park; Lien Thanh Industrial Park; Muoi Day Industrial Park; Long Duc Industrial Park and Long Viet Industrial Park) with a scale of 961 hectares belonging to Him Lam Joint Stock Company, located in Duc Hoa district. This is an industrial park located adjacent to Provincial Road 823 and many suburban districts of Ho Chi Minh City.

The location of Duc Hoa district has many advantages when it is adjacent to Duc Hue border district (with My Quy Tay National Border Gate) and Ben Luc district - a key locality in terms of industrial economy. Therefore, the industrial park has many advantages for economic development and investment attraction. Duc Hoa III Industrial Park is the gateway connecting the Northwest and Southwest areas of Ho Chi Minh City by Ring Road 3 and 4. This is also the major economic corridor axis of Ho Chi Minh City along National Highway 22 associated with Moc Bai International Border Gate.

In addition, Duc Hoa III Industrial Park is also located between 3 large residential clusters (Duc Hoa, Hau Nghia, Cu Chi) so it inherits complete transport infrastructure.
