On September 18, Chairman of Long An Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Van Ut visited and presented 340 Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to needy children and children at risk of falling into special circumstances in districts of Duc Hoa and Duc Hue.

The children are paid a visit and presented the Mid-Autumn Festival gifts in a joyful and warm atmosphere. At each destination, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee was graciously concerned in the children’s health, presented gifts and wished them the a warm and happy Mid-Autumn Festival with their families. He would like them to always be obedient, study well and obey adults.
The delegation visits and presents 170 gifts in Duc Hoa district
Accordingly, 340 gifts were given, each gift included moon cake and 500,000 VND in cash. In which, 240 gifts were issued from the Provincial Children's Protection Fund, 100 gifts were personally presented to the children by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Van Ut.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Van Ut also asked localities to continue to pay attention to and take care of the lives of children in the area, especially children with special circumstances and children at risk of falling into special circumstances. The Mid-Autumn Festival activities must be organized in accordance with the local situation and ensure strict implementation of regulations on Covid-19 prevention and control.

On this occasion, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Van Ut donated 10 million VND to Le Minh Xuan Primary and Secondary School in Tan My Commune, Duc Hoa District; he donated 50 million VND to Duc Hue District's Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control./.
