The functional sectors has strengthened to inspect the projects of real estate business over the past time
Hung Thinh Cat Tuong RAP (in Duc Lap Thuong commune, Duc Hoa district) was approved by Long An Provincial People's Committee according to Decision No.2209/QD-UBND dated June 15, 2017 with an area of 94,895 square meters. The project was invested by Hung Thinh Real Estate Investment and Construction Co., Ltd.
Simultaneously, Duc Hoa district People's Committee also issued Decision No.56/QD-UBND dated January 31, 2018 approving the detailed construction planning project with the rate of 1/500 Hung Thinh Cat Tuong RAP in Duc Lap Thuong commune, Duc Hoa district.
About this project, Long An Newspapers once mentioned that "Hung Thinh Cat Tuong project sold the ground plots when it has not completed its legal procedure" about the information on advertising, selling the ground plots and receiving money from customers. According to information from the Department of Construction, this project has not been licensed for infrastructure investment. Therefore, it has not qualified for real estate business up to the present.
In addition, during the implementation process over the past time, Hung Thinh Company has been fined VND 113 million for changing the land-use purpose from rice land to non-agricultural land without the authority’s permission by the district People's Committee.
Relating to real estate business projects in the province over the past time, its tendency will complicate. The public opinions are concerned about dividing the ground plots for sale which is not qualified, constructing infrastructure without construction permit and also rising problems in some industrial parks approved to reduce the area by the Government .
Specifically, some enterprises have built residential infrastructure in areas in the reduced areas of industrial parks without construction permit. They sold or transferred the ground plots to customers when they are not qualified real estate business. Recently, the Provincial People's Committee issued the directive to reorganize the management of residential land in industrial parks.
Spokesman of Long An Provincial People's Committee, Chief Office of the Delegation of the National Assembly, Provincial People's Council and People's Committee - Mai Van Nhieu also said: "Many real estate projects advertised on the internet with unrealistic information. Accordingly, the provincial People's Committee directed the Department of Information and Communications to review and check to take measures to handle and correct violations over the past time”.
At the same time, the provincial People's Committee also directed departments and agencies to timely provide information on projects, openly and transparently inform eligible projects and ineligible ones. In addition, the provincial People's Committee also directed the Provincial Inspectorate to conduct the inspection of some real estate business projects in the province./.
