Conference on Building Halal products from the Mekong Delta to reach Muslim countries

It has confirmed the fast-growing Halal market for food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, services, etc. on all continents from Asia, Africa, Europe to America.

There are almost 2 billion Muslims in the world. It is forecasted that the spending level on Halal food could reach 15 trillion USD by 2050. However, up to now, the participation of Vietnamese enterprises in the Halal market is still limited due to difficulties in granting Halal certification, the lack of information on the market, business culture, and consumption to deeply participate in the Halal market, especially in Muslim countries. Therefore, achieving Halal certification is considered the key to helping Vietnamese businesses access the global Halal food market.
