The EUR450,000 project, funded by the European Union, aims to further the development of arts and culture in Vietnam through supporting the network of CCHs across the country.

A CCH is designed as a place, whether physical or virtual, which brings people together to express artistic ideas and creativity in an open and nurturing environment, and in turn allows them to share a variety of artistic outputs with their communities.

The project will not only focus on big cities such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang, but also aims to reach further to connect with hubs and audiences in non-urban areas.

The project encompasses three inter-linked key components. The first surrounds capacity building for CCH managers and owners, as well as their artists and creative practitioners.

The second component aims to create opportunities for direct and open exchange towards building a relationship between CCHs and the culture sector. The third component promotes sharing, learning, and networking among hubs across Vietnam, as well as between Vietnamese hubs and their European counterparts./.
