Former President - Truong Tan Sang, leaders of Long An province and Can Giuoc district survey the project of Nam Tan Tap Industrial Park and Nam Tan Tap Resettlement Area

Nam Tan Tap Industrial Park was approved by Prime Minister for investment policy in Decision No. 1420, dated August 20, 2021; Decision No. 9267, dated September 22, 2021 of the People's Committee of Long An province on the establishment of Nam Tan Tap Industrial Park, Tan Tap commune, Can Giuoc district with Saigontel Long An Company Limited as the investor.

The project has 1,498 affected households, with an area of 158.56 hectares, the compensation amount is about 2,112 billion VND. To date, the project has cleared over 73.6% of the area (including public land and agreed area).

Nam Tan Tap Resettlement Area project is invested by Saigontel Long An Company Limited in Tan Tap commune. Can Giuoc District People's Committee has issued a notice of land recovery with a total area of over 22.4 hectares. To date, the project has basically completed the distraint and counting work.

Through the survey, former President - Truong Tan Sang hoped that the leaders of Long An province, provincial departments and branches, and Can Giuoc district would pay attention to speeding up site clearance work for investors to deploy and implement the project. Thereby, Nam Tan Tap Industrial Park will soon be put into operation, attracting investment, contributing to the socio-economic development of Long An province in general and Can Giuoc district in particular./.
