At the meeting, on behalf of the delegation of the National Assembly of Long An province, delegate Truong Phi Hung announced the result of the 7th session of the National Assembly XIV, term 2016 - 2021; the results of responses from ministries and central agencies on the comments and proposals of Long An provincial voters at the 7th session and the summary activities of the Delegation of Long An Provincial National Assembly at the last session.

Voters expressed their excitement about the results of the 7th session of National Assembly XIV. At the same time, they recommended some practical issues. Particularly, the state needs to pay attention to the issue of output for agricultural products. Voters believe that unstable agricultural product output greatly affects the results of the implementation of high-quality rice areas and high-tech applications. It does not attract people to participate in cooperative economic models.

Besides, prices of some fertilizers and plant protection products have continuously increased highly while prices of rice have been unstable. This makes it difficult for farmers.

Voters also propose to strictly control the conversion of land use purposes from rice cultivation to fish farming which pollutes the environment and affects local rice-growing planning.

Functional departments should take measures to control and prevent diseases on cattle and poultry, not to spread diseases on a large scale.

In addition, voters are also worries about the high traffic accidents that are partly due to unsatisfactory transport systems; Drug crimes are increasingly complicated, some obstacles about the textbook innovation program, etc.

Delegates of National Assembly, representatives of provincial departments and localities explain some petitions of relevant voters under their jurisdiction and at the same time acknowledge the opinions to reflect to authorities to consider to solve./.
