In the joyful atmosphere of the whole country celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day, on April 26, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held the opening ceremony of the Fair displaying achievements in socio-economic, national defense and security, trade, cuisine, and OCOP products of Long An province in 2025.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Director of the Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism - Nguyen Thanh Thanh continued to affirm that Long An is a place where Vietnamese culture and traditional cuisine intersect and is an important bridge with friends at home and abroad.
He emphasized that this is an important event that contributes to introducing and promoting the image, unique cultural values, achievements in socio-economic, national security and defense, trade, cuisine, and OCOP products of Long An province to friends at home and abroad. Thereby, arousing the spirit of the Great Spring Victory of 1975, liberating the South, and unifying the country.
He also expressed his expectation and hope that businesses and organizing units will focus on promoting the beautiful image of Vietnam on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the country's unification, actively exchanging and learning from each other to grow stronger.
