The Japan Investment Promotion Conference 2023 is an opportunity for the province to introduce and promote the potentials and strengths of Long An province to Japanese organizations, businesses and investors. In particular, the province wishes to continue to strengthen comprehensive cooperation with Japanese partners in building smart cities, e-government, human resource development, labor market, receiving more ODA projects using concessional loans from the Japanese Government in fields such as public administration; water resource management; health, education and training; transport and urban infrastructure; especially investment, trade and tourism promotion activities in Japan, connecting and supporting Japanese investors, enterprises and partners to survey and implement investment cooperation activities in the province in order to gradually realize the goal of becoming a developed industrial province by 2025, one of the industrial, urban and service centers of the region and the whole country./.
