Long An always welcomes Korean investors

“All doors are always open to welcome Korean investors” said by deputy chairman of Long An province People’s Committee Nguyen Van Duoc at the meeting with Korean enterprises which have been running their operation or investing in the province, on April 6.

Deputy chairman Duoc affirmed that Korean enterprises could completely meet the province’s demand in processing standards, science technology skills and the investment in the hi-tech breeding sector.

Up to now, the province has 160 Korean enterprises’ investment projects with total registered capital of up to US$ 598million and Korea is listed the second out of 37 nations, territories investing in the province.

Some large-scale Korean projects with total capital of over US$ 20million in Long An province include Magic Vina Company; Songwol Vina; Yujin Kreves; Simone Vietnam handbag Company…

Mr. Lim Jae Hoon, a new Korean consul general to Ho Chi Minh City -Vietnam said Long An province is one of locations in Vietnam being attracted many Korean enterprises due to stable, transparent investment environment. The province is located in the South’s major economic zone and has development infrastructure system. Besides, the province leaders often meet, exchange with enterprises and timely solve difficulties for them.

Deputy chairman Duoc wished after the meeting, Mr. Lim Jae Hoon will be bridge, boosting further cooperation relationship between Vietnam and Korea; introducing and creating favorable condition for Korean enterprises to seek investment opportunities in Long An in the upcoming time.

Aside from that, Long An always welcomes Korean enterprises to invest in the province and is ready to support them in business operation and human resource training./.
