Long An calls for investing logistics center project in Luong Hoa commune, Ben Luc district

The project site is implemented in Luong Hoa commune, Ben Luc district. The term of operation of the project is 50 years from the date the People's Committee of Long An province approves the investor.

Regarding land procedures, the investor, after being selected by the Provincial People's Committee, will make an agreement to receive the transfer, capital contribution, and lease of land use rights to the current land users in the project area to implement the project. The State will allocate, lease, and change land use purposes in accordance with current laws.

Accordingly, businesses and investors who are interested in the logistics center project in Luong Hoa Commune should submit their documents through the Long An Public Administration Service Center until the end of August 30, 2021. Investors note, during the implementation of Directive 16/CT-TTg dated March 31, 2020 by the PM across the province, the Long An Public Administration Service Center stopped receiving applications submitted directly at the Center.
