Long An: Difficulties removed in notarization activities when implementing epidemic prevention and control measures in the province
On June 1, 2021, the Provincial People's Committee issued Document No. 4983/UBND-VHXH on strengthening to implement measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic in the province; according to the request of the Long An branch of State Bank of Vietnam, in Document No. 527/LAN-THNS&KSNB dated June 2, 2021 on reporting and proposing to consider and remove difficulties in notarization activities related to the credit granting of credit institutions in the province.
To solve the needs of administrative procedures of organizations and individuals related to the registration of ensured transactions in order to maintain production and business activities in the province; The Provincial People's Committee directs the notary offices in the province to receive and notarize contracts and transactions directly related to the credit granting of credit institutions and secured transactions.
Long An removes difficulties in implementing epidemic prevention and control measures in the province
The Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Justice to issue a document directing the notary offices in the province, when organizing the receipt and implementation of notarization according to the above directive, to ensure strict implementation of the requirements on prevention and control Covid-19 epidemic according to relevant regulations and directions of the province.
The Department of Natural Resources and Environment directs the Land Registration Office under the Department to receive, process and return results of administrative procedures related to registration of secured transactions in the province, as follows:
For organizations: Receive dossiers and return results at the Land Registration Office under the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, address: No. 137, National Highway 1, Ward 4, Tan An City, province Long An.
For households and individuals: Receive dossiers and return results at the branch of the district-level land registration office, directly under the provincial land registration office.
The receipt and return of results of the above administrative procedures to organizations and individuals must ensure the requirements for Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control as prescribed. The implementation period starts from June 4, 2021./.
