The Party Committees at all levels, the authorities, departments, branches, the Fatherland Front and provincial socio-political organizations, especially the health sector, organize the implementation, strict inspection and supervision effectively of infectious diseases (diphtheria, measles, dengue fever, hand, foot and mouth disease, etc.). Promptly detect newly arising outbreaks, zone off and thoroughly handle the outbreak as soon as it is detected; At the same time, strengthen the capacity of diagnosis, treatment and minimize the number of cases and deaths.

The Executive Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee directs the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Steering Committee on dangerous epidemic prevention and control for people to urgently implement Notice No. 253/TB-VPCP dated July 25, 2020 of the Government Office on the Prime Minister's Conclusion at the Government Permanent Meeting on Prevention and Control of Covid-19 and Official Letter No. 3961/CV-BCD dated July 25, 2020 of the National Steering Committee for Covid-19 Anti-epidemic for strengthening the prevention and control of Covid-19 epidemic. Continue to thoroughly grasp the viewpoints, principles, guidelines and strictly implement measures to prevent and control epidemics in the new situation in Directive No. 19/CT-TTg dated April 24, 2020 of the Prime Minister, ensuring the successful achievement of the dual objective of preventing and fighting against epidemic while developing socio-economic development.

Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee chaired and coordinated with related agencies to regularly and continuously carry out information and propaganda on prevention and control of infectious diseases in order to raise public awareness about the risk of disease, epidemic prevention and control measures for people to take initiative in implementing. Orientate and timely provide information to the press agencies on the prevention and control of Covid-19 epidemic in the province so that people are assured, not too worried but also they are not subjective, neglected or lost cautions.

The Executive Party Committee of the provincial People's Committee was assigned to host and coordinate with the provincial Party Propaganda and Education Commission to monitor, inspect and urge the implementation of Official Letter No. 8969-CV/BTGTW of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission, directives of the Government, ministries and central agencies on the prevention and control of Covid-19 and this Official Letter; regularly guide and synthesize activities, report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on the situation, results of implementation and problems arising to timely lead and direct the settlement./.
