1. Medical declaration

Request all cases of cadres, civil servants, officials, workers and people from Da Nang to Long An after July 18, 2020 to the nearest medical facility to make medical declaration.

2. Getting the Covid-19 sample:

2.1 For all cadres, officials and employees of state agencies: Immediately after making a medical declaration, a Covid-19 testing sample must be taken according to the instructions of the health agency, in which fund for testing is guaranteed on the following principles:

+ For officials, employees and employees who are sent to work by agencies or units, the agencies or units sending them on duty will have to pay testing expenses.

+ For officials, officials and employees visiting or returning to visit relatives (not sent by agencies or units on duty), officials, public employees and employees will take responsibility to pay for testing expenses as prescribed.

2.2. For employees of agencies, businesses and people: Based on the information and data of medical declaration provided by the declarant, the Health Department (Provincial Disease Control Center) is responsible for the task of classifying, prescribing, and guiding suspected cases to immediately take the sample of Covid-19 test.

3. Medical isolation

Immediately after making a medical declaration and taking a sample of Covid-19 test (if any), people from Da Nang to Long An after July 18, 2020 must perform self-medical isolation at home within 14 days; If there are abnormal symptoms (such as fever, cough, shortness of breath), they must go to the nearest medical facility for examination and advice on prevention and control of epidemic as prescribed.

4. Assigning tasks to the Health Department:

- To issue document directing and guiding related agencies and units to make medical declaration, health isolation at home and taking samples of Covid-19 test according to current regulations and guidance of the provincial People's Committee. 

- To preside and coordinate with departments, agencies, unions of provinces, People's Committees of districts, town, city and agencies, businesses in the province urgently review and synthesize a list of cases from Da Nang to Long An after July 18, 2020, reporting to the Provincial People's Committee not later than 11 o’clock on July 28, 2020 (with epidemiological information analysis and specific recommendations).

5. Assigning Finance Department to lead and coordinate with Health Department to research and formulate the norm of Covid-19 testing fee for the cases that require taking the above mentioned sample and report to the provincial People's Committee urgently, as a basis for deployment.

6. Requesting the provincial departments, agencies, unions, People's Committees of districts, town, city and agencies, businesses in the province to focus on strictly implementing the above prevention and control measures, and urgently provide information on cases from Da Nang to Long An after July 18, 2020 to the Health Department for summarizing and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee./.
