Provincial Job Fair 2024 aims to provide information about the labor market, help workers, pupils and students receive orientation, career advice, and solve employment needs. As the unit coordinating with the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs to organize Long An Provincial Job Fair in 2024, Vice Chairman of Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association - Pham Minh Thanh said: Currently, Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association has over 500 members who are businesses, industrial areas. Therefore, Mr. Thanh hopes that this cooperation will create more jobs for workers, pupils and students, ensuring a stable, quality labor supply for businesses, improving the province's production value.
The fair is expected to be held twice in March and September 2024, in Ben Luc district and Tan An city (or Duc Hoa district). It will focus on propagating vocational education policies and loan support for workers' employment needs.
Representatives of Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association and Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs sign the Plan to coordinate in organizing Long An Provincial Job Fair 2024.
The fair will also provide information about professions and training levels at educational institutions; consult and introduce jobs at home and abroad for workers, pupils and students. Businesses will organize pre-qualification, interviews, recruitment of workers, and help workers who want to register to work abroad.
In particular, the fair is expected to have 50 units, businesses, and vocational education institutions participating and attracting about 1,000 workers. The total cost of implementing the program is 250 million VND.
