The economy developed well, the growth rate reached 8.46%, higher than the national average, the economy ranked 12th in size in the country, per capita income reached over 90 million VND, state budget reached nearly 22 trillion dong. Investment environment has improved and is highly appreciated by domestic and foreign organizations. Many large projects have been started. The socio-cultural field has made a lot of progress.
