In 2019, the propaganda and training sector performed well in advising and professional guidance, closely following the practical situation; actively, proactively, promote the effectiveness of propaganda, uphold the role of the people in contributing to the Party's Resolutions, guidelines and State policies and laws for effectively implementing among the people.

Implementing well the orientation of traditional ideology and education among the people; regularly grasping ideas and moods of the cadres, party members and people. It focuses on grasping the situation, fighting against the wrong viewpoints of hostile forces, especially fighting against bad information on the internet and social networks and actively advising the Party Committee to direct political meetings on "50 years of implementing President Ho Chi Minh's Testament".

The propaganda and training commission at all levels focuses on advising on renewing, improving the learning quality, grasping and concretizing the Party's resolutions and directives, especially strictly implementing and applying Directive 05-CT/TW of The Politburo attached to the Central Resolution 4 (term XII) and the Party's regulations on the best model examples.

In addition, the propaganda and training commission at all levels in the province actively directed and improved the quality of information and propaganda about the Party's guidelines and resolutions, the State's policies and laws; renovating and improving the efficiency of capturing information and social opinion; propose and solve some complicated and sensitive issues of social life; advise and effectively carry out external information activities and prevent and fight against conspiracy of "non-violent action" in the field of thought and culture, etc.

The year 2020 is the last year of the Xth Congress of the Provincial Party Committee - an important year to decide the completion of the targets and tasks identified in the Resolution of the Congress of the term 2015-2020; the year conducting the Party Congress at all levels, so he asked the propaganda and training sector in the province to actively advise the Party Committee to focus on leading the implementation of Party building in the field of propaganda; consolidate and improve the quality of operation of the Steering Committee 35; advise the leadership, direct the good implementation of Directive 05 of the Politburo attached to the Central Resolution 4 (term XII); advise and guide the propagation of the Party Congress at all levels for the 2020-2025 term, towards the XIIIth National Party Congress; improve forecasting ability, timely grasp the situation of ideology, cadres, party members and issues of public opinion of interest; etc.

On this occasion, the provincial propaganda and training commission gave certificates of merit to 12 collectives achieving good and outstanding achievements in the propaganda work in 2019./.
