Long An provincial delegation visits Consulate General of Vietnam in Osaka and Yumoto Electric Group

Yumoto Electric Group specializes in supporting industry such as manufacturing precision mechanical components made of plastic and metal according to orders, using plates and bars of all types of plastic, metal and producing them by cutting methods.

The strength is the flexible production of components of many types in small quantities although it can be mass produced, with the Group's strength being the production of components smaller than the palm of the hand.

At the meeting and working session, Mr. Yumoto Hidetsu - General Director of Yumoto Electric Group, said that after more than 80 years since its establishment in 1940, the company is proud to a member of the supporting industry in Japan. Currently, the headquarters and factory in Higashinari district, Osaka, Japan have 73 employees, revenue in 2023 reached 1.1 billion Japanese yen (about 220 billion Vietnamese dong), there are currently 11 Vietnamese people working at the headquarters in Japan.

Yumoto Vietnam operates in Tan Kim Industrial Park, Can Giuoc district, has been in production since 2018, contributing greatly to the development of human resources and contributing to Vietnam and Long An province in recent times.

Yumoto Group believes that Long An province can become the center of the supporting industrial machinery parts manufacturing industry in the South and wishes to expand the production factory in the near future in Can Giuoc district. The group also hopes to continue to coordinate with universities and colleges in the southern provinces, so that students trained in Long An province with high skills can go to work in Japan.

Long An province hopes that after this visit, Yumoto Electric Group, through Osaka provincial agencies, Yumoto Vietnam Company, and related units of Long An province, will promote many activities and programs to deploy the recruitment of Long An province's laborers in the coming time, contributing to the supply of high-quality labor resources of Long An province through the coordination of Yumoto Vietnam's training and creating the best conditions for Yumoto Vietnam to expand production in Can Giuoc district, Long An province in the coming time

In the afternoon of the same day, the working delegation visited the Consulate General of Vietnam in Osaka. At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee provided basic information on the province's investment attraction situation for Japanese enterprises in Long An Province. At the same time, he expressed his thanks to the Consul General - Ngo Trinh Ha, the Vietnamese diplomatic representative agencies in Japan, including the valuable support of the Consulate General. Long An Province always respects and is ready to welcome and create favorable conditions for Japanese investors.
