Accordingly, Northern districts should focus on speeding up the complete sowing of winter-spring rice crop 2020-2021 in December 2020. The southern districts should pay attention to the areas susceptible to high tide and saline intrusion, so switch to short-term crops and apply economical irrigation solutions to ensure sufficient water for crops. In particular, areas affected by salt water intrusion in 2019-2020 in districts of Tan Tru and Thu Thua, Tan An city, and so on are completely sowing the winter-spring rice crop 2020-2021 in November 2020 and will not sow after November 30, 2020./.
