Long An wins fourth prize at cultural festival and exchange with Consulates in Ho Chi Minh City
In 2 days (November 11 and 12), the Union of Friendship Organizations of Long An province coordinated with the Vietnam-Cuba Friendship Association of the province to attend the Festival of friendship melodies among the southeast provinces and cultural exchange with Consulates in Ho Chi Minh City held in Dong Nai province.
More than 20 performances from the Union of Friendship Organizations of provinces and cities such as Ben Tre, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Long An, Tay Ninh, Ho Chi Minh City, Tien Giang, Binh Phuoc and Russian friends living and working in Vung Tau; Consulates in Ho Chi Minh City such as China, Malaysia, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand and the Philippines participated in the event.

Cultural exchange performances are invested, carefully prepared, colorful, showing the typical cultural beauties of the homeland, the country, the people of Vietnam as well as other countries around the world. Long An delegation introduced and presented clips promoting culture and tourism and participated in a cultural exchange program with the theme "Long An's motherland" including 3 performances: a love song of Long An, missing Thap Muoi’s mother and I love Long An. The performance "I love Long An", performed by Ho Ngoc Gia and the dance group, was honored to win the fourth prize.

Festivals, cultural exchanges hosted by the Union of Friendship Organizations of Dong Nai province, in collaboration with the Union of Friendship Organizations of the Southeast provinces, successfully organized for the first time; this created a useful playground, encouraged the spirit, learning, introduced, honored, spreaded, enhanced mutual understanding about culture and tourism, and promoted peace, solidarity, friendship and people-to-people cooperation./.
