Nearly 700 hectares of clean land in Long An's industrial parks is available for lease

The province has successfully organized many dialogue conferences with businesses, such as the Dialogue Conference with the Provincial Business Association, the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association and businesses operating in Ben Luc and Thu Thua districts (April 19, 2023), Duc Hoa and Duc Hue districts (April 20, 2023), Can Giuoc and Can Duoc districts (April 21, 2023); supported, introduced survey locations for investors (MM Mega Market Co. Ltd, Mitsubishi Estate Vietnam Co. Ltd,etc).

Since the beginning of 2023, the province has granted 11 new domestic projects with a total newly registered capital of 13,943.1 billion VND (an increase of 1,828.4 billion VND), 23 new FDI projects with a total newly registered capital of over 370 million USD (an increase of 143.7 million USD).

Up to now, the whole province has 24 industrial parks that are eligible to receive investment. The leased industrial land area is 2,788.6 hectares, occupied 65.1%. There are 23 operating industrial clusters attracting 688 projects with a total leased land area of over 812 hectares, filling up 87.6%./.
