Resolution No. 68 clearly states: The goal by 2030 is to have 2 million enterprises operating in the economy, 20 enterprises operating/1,000 people. The average growth rate of the private economy is about 10-12%/year, higher than the economy; contributing about 55-58% of GDP, about 35-40% of total state budget revenue, creating jobs for about 84-85% of the total workforce; labor productivity increases by an average of about 8.5-9.5%/year.

To achieve this goal and the private economic sector truly becomes an important driving force of the economy, it is necessary to promote the spirit of implementation and to make this spirit concrete in each document. Tay Ninh currently has nearly 37,200 registered enterprises, of which more than 23,100 are actually operating, mainly in the private economic sector. In particular, in the process of transforming the growth model associated with digital transformation, green economy, and circular economy, the role of private enterprises is increasingly emphasized.

With dynamism and flexibility, the province's business community contributes to creating jobs for workers, promoting domestic consumption, expanding export markets and increasing production value. In recent years, the private economic sector has accounted for more than 55% of the province's total social investment capital, contributing significantly to the local state budget revenue. The business community has high expectations for the effective implementation of Resolution No. 68 of the Politburo.

According to Mr. Duong Long Thanh, with the mechanisms and policies issued in Resolution No. 68, young enterprises in Tay Ninh are having more motivation to develop faster, stronger, and more firmly in the domestic and international markets. From the business perspective, Mr. Dang Khanh Duy - General Director of Tan Nhien Tay Ninh Company Limited, commented: “It can be seen that private enterprises are increasingly valued by the State, with many open development opportunities. Previously, we were just a domestic rice paper production company. But since Resolution No. 68, the business environment has become more open, procedural barriers have been removed, we have boldly invested in technology, expanded scale and aimed at exporting. In addition, the province strengthens dialogue to listen to and remove difficulties for enterprises and organizes workshops to realize Resolution No. 68 of the Politburo.

Mr. Tran Van Tuoi - Deputy Director of the Department of Finance, said: "The province always considers the development of enterprises as an important measure reflecting the effectiveness of government management.
