Built and formed based on the passion of Mr. Nguyen Van Hien, Chanh Viet Long An Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company (Chavi Garden) was established in 2012 in Thanh Loi commune. From a "dead" land, heavily contaminated with alum, very difficult to cultivate, Chanh Viet Company has transformed this place into a 150ha farm growing seedless limes, the largest in Vietnam, making limes one of the main crops of Tay Ninh province.

According to Mr. Nguyen Van Hien - General Director of Chavi Garden, if they are not processed, the value of agricultural products will be very low. "Growing by organic methods, only 30% meets export standards to Europe. What should we do with the remaining 70%?" From this concern, with the desire to bring Vietnamese agricultural products further, he received support from scientists and agricultural experts. Since then, Chanh Viet Farm has invested in a modern factory with advanced production technology, along with a team of high-quality engineers to research and process clean, quality, safe and convenient products for life under the Chavi brand.

Not only solving the problem of agriculture, Mr. Hien also wants to maximize the value of limes and some other fruits grown at Chanh Viet Farm with "decent" products to reach domestic and international consumers.

To maximize the value of limes and some other fruits that are good for health, the company has researched and launched about 30 products of soluble fruit juice/powder such as: fresh lime juice, lime essential oil, soluble lime powder, dried lime peel, soluble fruit powder, etc.

Thanks to the application of science and technology in organic farming and compliance with European quality standards and production processes such as GlobalGAP, HACCP, etc., Vietnamese brand limes have gradually reached the most demanding markets in the world such as Europe, Japan, India, etc.

In 2023, Long An Lime Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company is one of the enterprises supported by the Department of Science and Technology to improve productivity and quality of products and goods. In recent times, the Department of Science and Technology has supported the company to access information on the requirements of Halal standards as well as the requirements to be granted Halal certification quickly and accurately. Chanh Viet Long An Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company has completed the Halal certification criteria for 5 products including: pure lime powder; lime juice; lime juice; instant lime powder; instant lime tea powder.

After developing the Chavi brand, with the desire to promote Long An limes more widely as well as training and scientific research activities for agriculture, Mr. Nguyen Van Hien and his colleagues came up with the idea for Chavi Garden. Up to now, the garden has been formed and put into operation, becoming a place for students to experience agriculture, the processing of agricultural products related to limes, or visitors to immerse themselves in the quiet space of the meditation garden and mineral spring to regenerate new positive energy.

Growing from the capital of cassava, the cradle of Tay Ninh rice paper craft village, Tan Nhien Company Limited is considered one of the pioneers in launching and building the brand of super thin rice paper products that do not need to be dipped in water since the beginning of 2018. Determining the mission of "elevating local specialties", Tan Nhien is carrying a responsibility to build a brand for its hometown's specialties by applying modern technology and production processes.

Tan Nhien is the first unit in Tay Ninh to bring the production process to meet international standards FSSC 22000 to produce many types of rice paper, most notably super thin rice paper that does not need to be dipped in water. The company has focused on applying advanced technologies, especially in the field of drying and self-closing systems to increase recovery efficiency, helping to save time and optimize the quality of finished products.

Up to now, the capacity of super thin rice paper without soaking in water has reached 14-18 tons/day. The company has also expanded its product portfolio such as spices (all kinds of salt), mixed rice paper, grilled rice paper with flavors exported to more than 7 countries and territories; distributed at more than 25,000 domestic points of sale.

To be able to do this, workers gradually change their traditional production habits, participate in training courses, especially the technical team operating machinery, the staff at the factory and research and development (R&D) department. The collective efforts were recognized when in mid-September 2025, the Company was officially awarded the Science and Technology Enterprise Certificate - an important milestone in the development journey.
