Delegates perform the groundbreaking ceremony

The headquarters of the District Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee of Tan Thanh District, built in 2002, have been degraded, with a small area that does not meet the working conditions of Party and mass organizations.

Stemming from the above difficulties, the Resolution of the Xth Tan Thanh District Party Congress for the term 2020-2025 identifies the headquarters of the District Party Committee as one of the important works affecting political tasks, contributing to change the appearance of the homeland.

Accordingly, the construction of the District Party Committee headquarters was approved by the Provincial People's Council with investment policy in Resolution No. 130/NQ-HDND dated December 9, 2020; The project was approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 4854/QD-UBND dated December 24, 2020 and Decision No. 9907/QD-UBND dated October 11, 2021.

The project of Tan Thanh District Party Committee's headquarters is located in Quarter 5, Tan Thanh townlet, Tan Thanh district, implemented on a land area of 10,960 square meters, of which road yard area is 4,399 square meters, green tree area of 3,868 square meters, construction area 2,692 square meters. Total investment is 92 billion VND, of which the main block is 65 billion VND, infrastructure is 14 billion VND, the equipment is 13 billion VND. The provincial budget supports 65 billion VND, the rest is from the district budget. The construction contractor is Dai A Chau Manufacturing-Building-Trading Co., Ltd.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - Nguyen Van Duoc highly appreciated for the initiative of the Standing Committee of Tan Thanh District Party Committee in creating a clean land fund for constructing the of Tan Thanh District Party Committee headquarters without relying on the provincial budget.

He also suggested that the district should strengthen construction supervision and inspection, contributing to ensuring the quality and progress of the work, and creating favorable conditions for investors during the construction process.
