Tan An City: Project of constructing Bao Dinh River's embankment started

The Project of Bao Dinh River's Embankment (the section from Bao Dinh sluice to the first sluice of Ring Road canal) is one of the three fundamental constructions proposed in the XIth Tan An City Party Congress, term 2020-2025

The Project of Bao Dinh River's Embankment (the section from Bao Dinh sluice to the first sluice of Ring Road canal) has a total length of 1,584 meters. It is invested over 836 billion VND overall with the help of provincial, city, and Central capital, and implemented in the period 2020-2025.

It is known that this strategy is separated into 2 periods of which the first stage including the construction of the embankment of Ward 3 and Ward 7 (Huynh Van Nhut Street). Its total length is approximately 800 meters with a whole budget of 242 billion VND, and it is going to be carried out in the period 2020-2024. In the second term, the construction of the embankment of ward 4, which received an overall 594 billion VND, it will be put into action in the period 2021-2025.

According to this, Tan An City People's Committee is at the outset of a 500-meter embankment construction belonging to the first phase of Bao Dinh River's Embankment Project (the section from Bao Dinh sewer to the first sewer of Vanh Dai canal). The entire finance to undertake this mission is up to 110 billion VND with the intended duration of 12 months.

Chairman of Tan An City People's Committee - Nguyen Quang Thai informed that  Bao Dinh River's Embankment Project is one of the three primary constructions that the XIth Congress of Tan An City Party Committee, term 2020-2025 proposed. This project includes such items as building an embankment system, park along embankment, and many technical infrastructure systems. As a result, after this project is completed, it will contribute to embellish the urban area, avoid the Bao Dinh river banks’ landslide, and create green clean beautiful views along two banks of the Bao Dinh River. Moreover, it will smooth the path for reaching standards about the grade-I City in 2025 corresponding to a friendly, civilized and modern urban./.
