Secretary of Long An Provincial Party Committee - Pham Van Ranh visited and worked with IPs in Ben Luc

In the first 6 months of 2019, IPs received many domestic and foreign investors with many fields according to the regulations. Technical infrastructure in industrial zones is complete and basically meets secondary investors to invest in production activities.

Besides, the IPs have applied for expanding the second phase of the project to attract many secondary investors and also pay attention to building accommodation for workers.

However, the IPs faced many difficulties in collecting land for site clearance because people do not highly agree with the project expansion; some administrative procedures are cumbersome, it causes difficulties for secondary investors; and so on.

Speaking at the meeting, Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People's Council - Pham Van Ranh assessed the positive contribution of businesses in solving employment, contributing to the local budget. He said that the province is willing to support enterprises to develop production and business according to its authority and hope that enterprises produce and do business with environmental protection.

He also noted that leaders of the Long An Economic Zone Authorities are interested in difficulties in production and business activities of enterprises, grasp the worries and aspirations of enterprises to advise the Provincial People's Committee and other sectors to promptly take measures to remove difficulties; Simultaneously, they pay attention to selecting investors to improve land use efficiency./.
