Standing Deputy Secretary of the Long An Party Committee - Nguyen Thanh Hai has an online dialogue with businesses on restoring production and trade

This is the fourth time the provincial leaders have had a dialogue with enterprises to remove difficulties and obstacles, and help them gradually restore production and trade.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Nguyen Thanh Hai informed enterprises about the situation of the Covid-19 epidemic in the province and the province's policies and viewpoints in the recovery, production and trade of enterprises.

Accordingly, the enterprises are allowed to supplement workers residing and temporarily residing in the province and employees must be injected at least 1 shot of vaccine with enough 14 days. Employees who return to work must have negative test results for SARS-CoV-2 by RT-PCR method within 72 hours, they must be organized testing once every 7 days during operation.

In case the employee returns to their residence every day, the enterprise must organize a pick-up and drop-off vehicles, do not allow the employees to use personal vehicles. During the travelling process, the vehicles do not stop or park so that the people on the vehicle avoid contacting with other people. Employees must commit to ensure the implementation of the 5K principle, etc.

At the dialogue, representatives of enterprises asked the province for specific instructions for businesses to operate again after applying Directive No. 15/CT-TTg. Some enterprises suggest to consider allowing employees near the company to go home by motorbike for more convenience and cost savings, guide dossier for experts, enterprise managers, workers from other provinces to Long An to work; and at the same time guide the procedure of "unlocking" for workers in the province from "yellow zone" and "orange zone" to work in "green zone".

The enterprises suggested that the province would give priority to vaccination with the second shot for workers and employees and information on specific vaccination schedules so that enterprises can actively develop plans to restore production and trade. The enterprises also recommended that employees could go to work by personal vehicle when they had injected 2 shots of vaccines, etc.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Nguyen Thanh Hai wishes the business community to share difficulties with the province in the current period. He said that the province would support and create the most favorable conditions to help enterprises restore production and trade on the basis of ensuring safety and not let epidemics spread.

In addition, he asked the enterprises to be proactive in epidemic prevention and control, organize periodic training, regularly remind employees to take measures to prevent and control the epidemic. As for the recommendations of enterprises, the Provincial Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control will consider and adjust appropriately to help enterprises operate most effectively, continue to accompany the province to repel disease.
