This project plays the role of a highlight urban area of the city, a center of public space combining history, culture - landscape and nature; has the characteristics of a young, dynamic urban area, integrating the construction of a civilized urban. At the same time, there are historical - cultural functions, central park, trade and service, convenient accomodation, independent and synchronous infrastructure system and technical infrastructure corridor, river corridor.

Urban area along Vam Co Tay river - Ward 5 and Huong Tho Phu commune has an area of about 36.7 hectares. The project has an important position in the spatial development strategy of Tan An city, located opposite the existing traditional urban area; connecting administrative centers - provincial agencies and cities across Vam Co Tay river. The project is also the appearance of the northern gateway urban area, strategically located in the north of Tan An city; located on the main urban road traffic axis (Tan An City bypass, National Highway 1), urban railway, waterway traffic axis Vam Co Tay river. When the project is completed, it will be a spatial highlight urban area on the Vam Co Tay river, a public service center, a commercial service center, an urban tourism - entertainment service center. At the conference, representatives of related departments and branches also made many contributions to the consulting unit to complete the ideas, however, the opinions focused on harmonious development, ensuring social security, interested in low-income housing, public works. In addition, it is necessary to pay attention to the arrangement of resettlement so that people can agree and really benefit from the project; need to ensure environmental sanitation, waste treatment, ensure that it does not affect the environment of Vam Co Tay river, etc.
