Tay Ninh considers 400 hectares of high-tech industrial and green urban development

On July 29, Nguyen Van Ut, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial People’s Committee, chaired a meeting to review CT Group Corporation’s design proposals for a high-tech industrial park in Hung Thuan Commune. Vice Chairmen Huynh Van Son and Nguyen Hong Thanh attended the meeting.

The 400-hectare project consists of 200 hectares for a 4.0 high-tech industrial park and 200 hectares for a smart green urban zone.

In particular, the high-tech industrial park is expected to attract industries such as aircraft manufacturing, electric vehicles, semiconductors, microchips, etc, with a focus on smart manufacturing, digital transformation, and green growth. The project will apply advanced technologies including automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and big data.

The smart green urban area will be developed with an ecological approach, preserving the natural landscape, water surfaces, and trees. Technology will be integrated into its design and operation to cut carbon emissions, reduce pollution, and promote renewable energy sources such as solar power.

Concluding the meeting, Nguyen Van Ut, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, endorsed the investor’s proposal. He assigned the Department of Construction to review and adjust the planning to fit current conditions and to work closely with the enterprise on the next steps./.
