The Congress with many innovations

Towards the 1st Provincial Party Congress, all the streets are filled with flags, flowers, and slogans, expressing the belief and determination for a term of innovation and breakthrough.

Cadres, party members and people in the province put their full trust and expectation in the leading role of the Provincial Party Executive Committee to build Tay Ninh into a comprehensive and sustainable development. Party Cell Secretary, Head of Vinh Thanh Hamlet, Tan Tap Commune Vo Van Hoang Ai Nam shared: “This Congress opens a new term of innovation in the era of the nation. We expect the Congress to have new policies, suitable for the development space of the two provinces after the merger. I hope that key projects and breakthrough programs will help develop our province in the digital age.”

The first Provincial Party Congress is a major political event, marking an important milestone after the merger of the old Tay Ninh and Long An provinces to form the new Tay Ninh province.

The Congress will focus on two major contents: summarizing the Congress resolutions for the 2020-2025 term of the two old Party Committees before the merger; determining goals and solutions for the 2025-2030 period and discussing and giving comments on the draft documents of the 14th Party Congress.

Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee Nguyen Thi Xuan Huong informed that in order to prepare for the Congress, sub-committees serving the Congress, including documents, personnel, propaganda, ceremonies, and services, were established and tasks were deployed according to a strict and synchronous roadmap. The Provincial Party Standing Committee directed the Congress documents to be deployed in the direction of promoting the overall potential of the new Tay Ninh province. The content of the documents was widely consulted from the provincial to grassroots levels and among the people.

A notable point is that the Congress did not conduct a new election but announced the Central Party Committee's personnel decisions. However, the review process was still carefully carried out to ensure standards of quality, capacity, and prestige. At the same time, the province is interested in having a reasonable structure, rejuvenating the cadres, and increasing the proportion of women and cadres with scientific and technological expertise associated with the arrangement of the apparatus after the merger.

In addition, towards the 1st Congress of Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, the province has launched many exciting emulation movements. In particular, the province organized the groundbreaking and inauguration of 3 major projects to welcome the Congress with a total capital of more than 4,500 billion VND: the project to upgrade and renovate Provincial Road 830C in Ben Luc commune; the inauguration of the Aeon Tan An Commercial Center project in Long An ward; and the groundbreaking of the social housing project in My Hanh commune.

In particular, at the 1st Provincial Party Congress, Tay Ninh applied information technology and digital transformation in the organization process by putting into use the Congress Service Portal at http://daihoidang.tayninh.gov.vn to provide official information and support propaganda work with an intuitive interface, fully integrating documents, programs, delegate lists and Congress documentary films. Another new point is the 3D Exhibition of the history of the Provincial Party Congress built with virtual reality technology. This solution helps people and delegates easily learn about the history of Tay Ninh and Long An Party Committees through the periods in a vivid, intuitive, and systematic way according to the timeline. And this is also the first time that Tay Ninh has applied RFID technology in managing delegates attending the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Opening a period of comprehensive and sustainable development

Preparations for the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Congress were carried out in accordance with the spirit of Directive No. 45 of the Politburo and the Central Committee's directives and instructions. The 1st Tay Ninh Provincial Party Congress is an important political event for the entire Party, people and army in the province. Through the Congress, the leadership capacity and comprehensive fighting strength of the Party organization in the entire Party Committee will be enhanced.

Binh Hiep Commune Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Thi Lua said that the Binh Hiep Commune Party Committee has implemented a plan to organize propaganda before, during and after the Provincial Party Congress in the commune as well as organize a concentrated, extensive political activity from October 1 to October 10. The Commune Party Committee directed the Commune People's Committee and the Commune Public Service Center to organize a special topic on Bringing Resolutions into Life every Tuesday and Thursday on the radio system. The Commune focused on propaganda using visual images so that not only cadres and Party members but also people in the border area could better understand this important political event. The Commune Party Committee directed the Commune People's Committee to continue implementing the Binh Hiep Bridge project, striving to complete it in October to celebrate the 1st Provincial Party Congress.

According to Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Quyet, the 1st Tay Ninh Provincial Party Congress will take place in the context of the whole country focusing on both performing well the tasks of socio-economic development and focusing on leading, directing and stabilizing the organization of the political system according to the 2-level local government model. The Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee have seriously grasped the Central Party Committee's direction, led and directed the drafting of the Party Congress Documents to ensure a comprehensive, objective and honest assessment of the results achieved in the 2020-2025 term, especially inheriting the outstanding achievements of the two localities before the merger; identifying the advantages, limitations, causes and lessons learned to suit the new situation and requirements.

At the same time, absorbing the guiding viewpoints, policies and major orientations according to the draft Party Congress XIV Documents, the Central Party Committee's recently issued thematic and pillar resolutions to set out feasible directions, targets, tasks and solutions for the 2025-2030 term, especially breakthrough tasks and solutions with a long-term vision.

The Congress documents were widely consulted with the Party Congresses at the higher levels directly at the grassroots level, agencies, units, people of all walks of life and former leaders of the province through the periods. The comments were very enthusiastic and responsible, showing love for the homeland, entrusting and expecting the strong, breakthrough and sustainable development of the province in the coming time. The Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee seriously accepted and included them in the documents submitted to the Congress for consideration and decision. In addition, all aspects of the Congress preparation work were focused on urgently, seriously and thoughtfully; ensuring that the Congress was organized successfully, meaningfully and commensurate with the new position, potential and conditions of the province after the merger. With careful and comprehensive preparation, the 1st Congress of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee will certainly be successful, becoming a great festival for the entire Party Committee, government and people, opening a new period, arousing the aspiration to build Tay Ninh province to develop rapidly and sustainably, and step into a new era with the whole country./.
