Tay Ninh to mobilize more than 280,000 billion VND to build new-style rural areas

Rural appearance is increasingly prosperous

The province strives to have more than 90% (cumulative) of the total number of communes meeting new-style rural standards by the end of 2030, and more than 50% (cumulative) of the total number of communes in the province meeting advanced new-style rural standards. The total capital to implement the New-style Rural Development Programme in the 2026-2030 period is expected to be more than 280,000 billion VND.

To continue effectively implementing the New-style Rural Development Programme after 2025, the Provincial People's Committee recommends that the Government and central ministries and branches promptly issue synchronous mechanisms and policies to implement the program, so that localities can deploy and implement it from 2026, especially mechanisms and policies related to the commune criteria set; mobilize, manage and use capital sources; at the same time, it is necessary to unify the competent agency implementing the programme from the central to the commune level.

Regarding the function of the programme implementation agency, it is necessary to specifically stipulate that only state administrative agencies have the legal capacity to cooperate in advising and proposing to Party committees and authorities to issue mechanisms, policies, and solutions to implement the programme as well as inspect and supervise the implementation of issued mechanisms and policies./.
