Accordingly, Thanh Hoa rest stop is invested by Thu Ngan Trade - Service Co., Ltd. with an area of 2,2 hectares. The rest stop has many main items: petroleum stores, supermarkets, restaurants, trading areas of agricultural product and car-parking.

The area is expanded to the north, with U-shaped design and a total of 60 kiosks, including 3 rows; 2 vertical rows are arranged to sell tubers, candies and a horizontal row is arranged to sell birds, mice and snakes. The entrance road surface is from 12 to 16 meters wide and covered with asphalt, other items such as electricity, water, toilets, etc. are also being built.

Most small businesses agreed to move to new business places

Chairman of Thanh Hoa Township People's Committee, Thanh Hoa district - Ngo Le Dung said that the Township People's Committee coordinated with the investors and related agencies to organize propaganda and mobilize small businesses the aim, demand to arrange and relocate to new business places after the rest stop construction was completed, most businesses are executing. In addition, the Township People's Committee and the investor does not charge rent for the first 3 months to support small businesses during the relocation period.

Ms. Ng.Th.Đ, a small-scale trader in the market, said that she also agreed and actively implemented the relocation on time, uninstalled works and properties and cleared the site to the new location through the local propaganda.
