The 2nd Long An Province Culture - Sports and Tourism Week is taking place in Ward 6, Tan An City.
In order to well prepare for the 2nd Long An Province Culture - Sports and Tourism Week in 2024, on September 24, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Pham Tan Hoa and representatives of departments, branches and localities had a meeting to listen to Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism's report on the event organization.

It is expected that the main activities of the 2nd Long An Province Culture - Sports and Tourism Week in 2024 are taking place in Ward 6, Tan An City (behind the Provincial Public Administration Service Center). The main stage will be the place for following activities: Opening Ceremony, HiteJinro Music Festival 2024, Student Talent Competition, Long An - Korea Tourism and Culinary Trade Fair; Cultural Exchange Space; etc.
Up to now, the subcommittees have prepared scripts for 7/11 contents of the event, drafted the guest list as well as implemented some other tasks. Delegates also contributed to the 2D design of the event, the guest list, the planned organization plans, etc.

At the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Pham Tan Hoa requested to soon complete the list of international guests to submit to the higher-level leaders for approval. The contents, detailed scripts of 11 main programs, design and layout of VIP reception areas, plans to ensure hygiene, security, order, etc need to be completed before October 1./.
