True to its name, Binh Minh—meaning “sunrise”—is a promised land formed through the merger of Ninh Son Ward, the communes of Binh Minh, Tan Binh, Thanh Tan, and parts of Suoi Da and Phan communes. With a natural area of 105.35km² and a population of approximately 55,010, the ward is well-positioned for comprehensive development.
The defining highlight of Binh Minh Ward is its embrace of the Ba Den mountain area – a famous spiritual and tourism landmark recognized nationally. The recent boundary adjustment is designed to concentrate resources on the effective management and development of this “roof of the South”, with a strategic focus on professional, sustainable eco-tourism, spiritual tourism, and resort development. With its vast natural landscapes, pristine environment and rich biodiversity, this land holds unique advantages unmatched elsewhere.

Ninh Thanh Ward is a newly established and dynamic administrative unit, created through the merger of the former Ninh Thanh Ward, Bau Nang commune from the old Duong Minh Chau district, and part of Cha La commune. Following the merger, the ward spans 52.66km² and is home to 52,249 people. Its administrative center is located in Bau Nang—strategically positioned in the heart of the region.
Ninh Thanh ward serves as a vital gateway, linking neighboring wards and major transport routes. This strategic advantage is being fully leveraged through a modern transport network and coordinated investment in inner-city roads, not only ensuring convenient mobility for residents but also paving the way for the development of modern commercial and service hubs, the attraction of green investment, and the application of information technology. Public amenities such as schools, hospitals, parks and cultural centers are also being scientifically planned, with the goal of creating a civilized and exemplary living environment.
