The Ring Road 3 project through Tay Ninh province has disbursed more than 1,436 billion VND

The Ring Road 3 section passing through Tay Ninh province is about 6.84km long (My Yen commune), an important connection point between Tay Ninh province and Ho Chi Minh City, contributing to completing the inter-regional traffic network, promoting socio-economic development in the Southeast region.

In Tay Ninh, the project is implemented through two component projects 7 and 8. Component project 7 is the construction of a road section with a total investment of 3,040 billion VND; component project 8 is compensation, support, and resettlement with a total cost of 1,168 billion VND.

Investment capital is allocated at the rate of 75% from the central budget and 25% from the local budget.

To date, the total budget allocated for the section through Tay Ninh has reached more than 2,252 billion VND. Of which, the central budget in the 2021-2025 medium-term plan is nearly 1,680 billion VND, which has been fully allocated. The local budget is expected to be 560 billion VND, but has so far exceeded the allocation by more than 572.4 billion VND.

According to the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, from the above-arranged capital, up to now, the Ring Road 3 project through Tay Ninh province has been disbursed for more than 1,436 billion VND.

Specifically, in 2023, disbursement reached 100% (338,947 billion VND); in 2024, disbursement continued to reach 100% (918,757 billion VND); in 2025, disbursement reached 178,995 billion VND out of the total plan of 994,697 billion VND, reaching 18%.

Regarding construction progress, the 3 main packages of component project 7 have now reached more than 78% of the volume. Contractors are making efforts to speed up to basically complete the expressway section in October 2025 and complete the entire project in 2026, in accordance with the Government's direction./.
