According to the members' evaluation, the content of the relief clearly shows the bravery of comrade Chau Van Liem, recreates the atmosphere of the protest, shows the artistic and educational character. The members also contributed some ideas on the color scheme, the placement of the incense burner, as well as the flower beds, so on to make the main character stand out.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Pham Tan Hoa reminded the construction unit to note the contributions of members of the Provincial Council of Monuments Art and Paintings, requested the construction unit to complete in November 2021. The delegation agreed to accept the project.

The work of embellishing the Chau Van Liem relief area in Duc Hoa townlet, Duc Hoa district includes 2 bidding packages.

The bidding package uses the socialization capital of 13 billion VND from the advertising capital of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank), including the reliefs, pedestals, bas-reliefs and billboards. The construction period is according to the contract with the starting date on March 15, 2021 and the completion date on September 30, 2021.

And the bidding package uses the district budget with items including square, landscape lake, road yard, fence, electricity, water, etc. The commencement date was on August 13 2021.

It is expected to complete the whole project with 2 bidding packages in November 2021./.
