With an open mind, businesses go straight to many difficult problems. Specifically, Thang Loi Group is facing difficulties in land price appraisal to determine the financial obligations of Thang Loi Go Den Central Residential Area project (Ben Luc District), prolonging the time, causing financial losses for investors, delay and loss in state budget revenue.

Hoa Binh Infrastructure Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (Thu Thua District) shared that the Hoa Binh Industrial Park project so far has 9 households that have not received compensation for site clearance and have not yet allocated land. This problem affects the complete implementation of the industrial park project.

Besides, a number of other businesses proposed provincial, district and related authorities to support them to speed up site clearance; extending the investment schedule from 12 months to 24 months or more for some projects in order to have time to carry out the necessary procedures for project implementation; issues of social housing, workers' housing;etc.  All opinions of businesses were answered and informed thoroughly by the departments, branches and authorities of Ben Luc and Thu Thua districts.

Regarding the concerns, difficulties and recommendations, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Planning and Investment coordinate with relevant sectors and units to review proposals and recommendations to solve difficulties and problems completely.

The Provincial People's Committee also suggested businesses that have difficulties and problems yet cannot participate in this conference, continue to propose in writing or send via email to the Department of Planning and Investment; Management of economic zones; Department of Industry and Trade to summarize and report to the Provincial People's Committee for timely resolution. Provincial leaders requested departments, branches, localities and related agencies to create all favorable conditions for businesses to invest, produce and do business; strictly handle cases causing harassment and difficulties, failing to strictly follow the guidelines of the Government and the province on supporting and developing enterprises.
