2019 Summer-Autumn crop: More than 1,700 households join in large-scale fields
According to Deputy Director of Long An Department of Agriculture and Rural Development - Nguyen Chi Thien, in the 2019 Summer-Autumn rice crop, until May 15, 1,722 households have participated in large-scale fields with a total area of more than 5,400 hectares in the whole province.

In addition, 13 enterprises and one cooperative signed contract to deploy large-scale fields. In which, there are 66 turns of fields registered to participate in the large-scale fields.
Reportedly, the 2019 Summer-Autumn rice crop, Long An has sowed 140,219 hectares, reaching 63.3 percent of the plan (the plan was 221,600 hectares) and equaling 113.7 percent over the same period in 2018./.
